RenderAsByteArrayEvent Class

The event commands RAYGUIDE to save the current job in its workspace as a raster graphic in a data format defined by the file extension. The allowed extensions are ".bmp", ".gif", ".jpeg", ".jpg", ".png", ".tiff" and ".wmp".

Parameter: A tuple containing:

Guid imageId: An ID for the image.

string imageType: The file extension, e. g. ".png".

Size imageSize: The number of pixels the larger side (width or height) of the workspace will have in the saved image; in case of 0 not the complete workspace will be rendered but only the region of size sizeWorld around centerWorld and with the pixel size sizePixel.

double strokeThickness: The thickness of the drawn lines.

Color backgroundColor: The background color of the image.

Color foregroundColor: The color of the drawn lines.

dvec3 centerWorld: In case imageSize equals 0 the center of the region to be drawn in workspace world coordinates; otherwise ignored because the complete workspace will be drawn.

dvec3 sizeWorld: In case imageSize equals 0 the size of the region to be drawn in workspace world coordinates; otherwise ignored because the complete workspace will be drawn.

dvec2 sizePixel: In case imageSize equals 0 the size of the created image in pixel; otherwise ignored because the complete workspace will be drawn with a pixel width or height given in imageSize.
