The event commands RAYGUIDE to create a new job; it is triggered e. g.
if menu item "File/New" is executed or RAYGUIDE is starting. The event
ActiveJobChangedEvent is
triggered as response.
Parameter: bool checkOnDefaultJob: If set to true no blank job will be created but the default job if it is available and activated in the user preferences.
