The event commands RAYGUIDE to load a job file; it is triggered e. g. if
menu item "File/Open..." is used. If successful the event
ActiveJobChangedEvent is
triggered as response.
Parameter: string fileName: The string contains the job
files's name and path. If it is null or empty RAYGUIDE shows a file select
dialog.
