Parameters

command  SetDataMetafileCommand
Command to send to scan controller.
delay  Int32
Delay.
condition  IOPortCondition
Binning condition.
parentListGuid  NullableGuid
The list ID of the parent. If set, the new list will be wrapped inside the parent list.

Return Value

Guid
Guid of the created list. Pass this Guid to [M:BaseScanController.SetList(???,System.Int32,System.Boolean,System.Boolean)].
