The event commands RAYGUIDE to show the settings dialog of the
selected element.
Parameter: bool showJobElement: If true the settings dialog of the
selected job element is shown; if false and a path element of a vector
graphic is selected, the settings dialog of the selected vector graphic
element is shown.
