Methods
 NameDescription
Public methodGetMaxBandSpeed(VectorGraphicLayer) Computes the maximum band speed at which layer can be marked.
Public methodGetMaxBandSpeed(VectorGraphicPath, NullableInt32, NullableInt32) Computes the maximum band speed at which the commands of path between startIndex and endIndex (both inclusive) can be marked.

Remarks
A layer is split into segments at every jump between two VectorGraphicPaths. For each segment the time needed to mark it and jump to the next one is compared to the distance the segment covers along the band direction: the band may not move further than that distance while the segment is being processed, otherwise the next feature would already have entered the field before the current one left it. The band speed is therefore bounded, per segment, by |distance along band direction| / |time to process it|, and the layer as a whole is bounded by its slowest (i.e. most restrictive) segment.
