Remarks

Equal spacing is achieved by modulating LmFrequency while the scanners are accelerating or decelerating.

AccelerationTime and TrackingError must be set appropriately.

Note that equally spaced pulses cannot be generated when LmFrequency is used as the HotPowerTarget.
