12.9.2 Execution Time of Flow-Control Commands

All conditional Flow-Control commands require three additional step-periods when executed.

They always take 40µs to execute, regardless of whether the branch is taken or not.

This is, unfortunately, a design limitation in the SP-ICE-3 Card's firmware.
