Parameters

filename  String

Full path to the place where the correction file should be created.

header  OpticalParameters

Optical parameters of the correction file.

correction  Stream

Stream containing one raw correction table.

compressPayload  Boolean  (Optional)

Whether to compress the payload (default) or not.

extraInfo  String  (Optional)

Optional extra info stored in the correction file.

scannerInfo  ScannerInfo  (Optional)

Optional additional fields to be included into the correction file.

metadata  DictionaryString, String  (Optional)

Optional additional metadata to be included into the correction file.
