1.7 Conformance

The SP-ICE-3 card was tested for EMC as well as FCC conformance. For that purpose it was installed in a PC and connected to a SS-III-30 scan system.

Detailed test results can be obtained from RAYLASE GmbH on request.

EMC Conformance

The SP-ICE-3 card complies with selected test cases of the following requirements:

  • EN 55022:2010

  • EN 55024:2010

FCC Conformance

The SP-ICE-3 card complies with FCC 47 CFR Part 15 § 15.109 for Class A devices.

  • These limits should ensure adequate protection from detrimental interference (either transmitted or received) when the SP-ICE-3 Card is operated in an industrial environment.

The card generates, uses, and may emit high frequency (RF) signals.

If the card is not installed in accordance with the instructions in this manual, it may cause RF interference to other equipment.

  • Operation of the card in a domestic environment will almost certainly cause detrimental interference.

In this case, it is the user's responsibility to take appropriate measures to mitigate or eliminate the interference, and at his own expense.
