PortB contains 16 configurable input and output pins.
The direction of the pins can be configured separately for the upper and the lower 8 bits.
The operating and IO-voltage of the whole port can be configured by software to either 3.3V or 5V.
Each port pin contains a 10kOhms pull-up resistor to the port voltage of either 3.3V or 5V.
