To the Host-PC, the card appears to be a standard network adapter (Intel I210), whose IPv4 address can be configured manually, if required.
Please make quite certain that you really need to set the network adapter's IPv4 address this way before beginning this procedure!
Under all normal circumstances, the Host-PC will automatically assign a perfectly reasonable IPv4 address to the adapter.

Simply follow your operating system's standard procedure for assigning a static IPv4 address to a network adapter.
