CommandListAppendJumpAbs(Double, Double) Method

With the laser off, moves from the current position to that described by the given absolute co-ordinates.

x  Double
The absolute x ordinate of the end-point.
y  Double
The absolute y ordinate of the end-point.

Appends a JUMP_ABS command to the list.
